Yoga · mobility · gentle strength

A plan built for the body you have today.

Answer a handful of honest questions. Zovemi lays out a 30, 60 or 90-day plan of yoga, mobility and gentle strength — then walks you through every session out loud, one movement at a time, with a way out of anything that hurts.

How the plan is built

No algorithm is guessing about you.

Your plan is not generated by a model and it is not a stock template with your name on it. It comes out of a rule set we wrote by hand — rules you could read and argue with. The same answers always produce the same plan.

Step one

You answer, in your own terms

How long you want to commit for. What you want to feel. How many days a week you can realistically show up, and which ones. How long a session can be. What hurts, what you'd rather avoid, what equipment is in the room. Nothing here is a fitness test.

Step two

Rules do the matching

Every exercise carries plain properties: how much it asks of your wrists, knees, spine, shoulders and balance; what it needs you to be able to do; what it should never be paired with. Anything you flagged removes candidates before selection starts — and every exercise keeps a gentler variation on hand.

Step three

You see the whole thing before you commit

Days, phases, rest, recovery — laid out end to end. Move a day when life moves. Rebuild the plan when your answers change. Nothing is hidden behind a countdown.

A 30-day programme laid out day by day, with rest and recovery days marked

Every day, visible from day one.

Phases, movement days, rest days and recovery days — before you pay for anything.

Inside a session

It talks you through it.

A recorded voice announces each movement and its cue, and the screen waits for the voice to finish before it moves on. You are never chasing a timer you didn't agree to.

The session playerEach exercise animates while the voice reads the cue. Steps advance when the cue ends, not before.

Before you startThe whole session, listed. Swap in a gentler variation, or leave an exercise out, before anything begins.
The plan being laid out, step by step: setting your pace, placing recovery days, applying your modifications
Laying out the planThe screen names each real step — pace, recovery days, your modifications — instead of pretending to think. It even says so: the same answers always produce the same plan.

What a session actually looks like

Before

Read the room

The exercises, the equipment, the level. Two taps to make it easier.

Minute 0

Settle

A slow opening movement. Nothing loaded, nothing fast.

The middle

Work, with a way out

Every exercise has a gentler variation one tap away, and a stop message if something is wrong.

After

Close it properly

A recovery movement, then a short summary you can leave without a score.

Spoken, not captioned

183 recorded cues. Turn them off in the player or in Accessibility settings and nothing else changes.

Reviewed before it shipped

All 26 exercises carry a review sign-off. Nothing enters a plan without one.

What's in the app

Built to be used on an ordinary Tuesday.

A plan you can move around

Something came up on Thursday? Move the day. The rest of the plan reshapes around it instead of marking you down. Change your answers and rebuild whenever the plan stops fitting.

Sessions that fit the gap

10, 20 or 30 minutes — chosen once, honoured every day.

Wellness, kept small

Water, sleep, mood and a daily reflection — nudges, not a second job.

Five audio sessions

Evening reset, focus, calm, before sleep, post-movement recovery.

Offline when you need it

Download a session before a flight or a basement gym.

Consistency without punishment

A streak that helps you come back rather than shaming you for a gap. Miss a week and the plan waits — it does not reset your progress or lecture you about it.

Made to be readable

Screen reader labels on every control, text that scales, and a light-only interface with real contrast. Turn on Reduce Motion and every animation in the app stops — including the ones on this page.

Your data stays small

Onboarding answers and progress live on your device and in your own account. Export or delete everything from Profile, in two taps, without emailing anyone.

Where we draw the line

What Zovemi will never do.

Some of the most-used tricks in this category are the ones we left out on purpose.

No before-and-after theatre

No body scoring, no “problem areas”, no promises about a flat stomach or burning fat off a chosen spot. That is not how bodies work, and pretending otherwise sells a lot of apps.

No detox, no cleanse

Nutrition content is general education about hydration, sleep, protein and regular meals. It is not a diagnosis, not a prescription, and it says so where you read it.

No medical claims for sound

The audio sessions include binaural beats. They are there to help you settle — they are not a treatment, and the app says that plainly, along with the volume and headphone cautions.

Weight tracking is optional and off

The Lighter module only exists if you switch it on behind a consent screen. It shows a 7-day trend rather than a daily verdict, can hide the numbers entirely, and keeps a standing note about pregnancy, medication and a history of disordered eating on screen.

Zovemi is not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat or replace a clinician. If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or surgery, managing a condition, or something hurts in a way that worries you, talk to a professional first — and stop any movement that causes pain, dizziness or breathlessness.

Try a session before you decide anything.

The preview session is free and needs no account. If you want the full plan afterwards, the subscription is handled by the App Store — with a free trial on the annual plan, prices in your own currency, and cancellation from your Apple account at any time.

Questions

The things worth asking.

Is the plan made by AI?
No. Your answers run through a rule set that we wrote and can explain. It is deterministic: the same answers produce the same plan, every time. We would rather tell you that than borrow the word “AI” for something it isn't.
I've never done any of this. Is it going to be too hard?
Nineteen of the twenty-six exercises are marked for people starting out, and every exercise carries a gentler variation you can switch to mid-session. Sessions start at ten minutes. If something hurts, the app tells you to stop rather than to push through.
Do I need equipment?
Most of the library needs nothing but floor space. A few movements use a chair or a wall. You tell the app what you have during onboarding, and anything you don't have is left out.
What does it cost?
There is a free preview session with no account. The full plan is a subscription, monthly or annual, sold through the App Store — the price shown in the app is the real price in your currency, and the annual plan starts with a free trial. You can restore purchases or cancel from your Apple account at any time.
What do you collect about me?
Your onboarding answers, your plan and your progress — because the app cannot work without them. They live on your device and in your own account. You can export everything or delete your account and its data from Profile. There is no advertising and no selling of data. The privacy policy says exactly what is stored and where.
Is there an Android version?
The iPhone app is first. Android is in progress; the same plan engine and the same content run underneath it.
Can I use it while pregnant, injured or in treatment?
Ask the person looking after you first. Zovemi is general movement and wellbeing content, not clinical care, and it cannot know what your situation needs. The app asks about limitations during onboarding and excludes what you flag, but that is not a substitute for advice.
